Café Mi Estrella was born from the cloud forests of Matagalpa, Nicaragua — one of the world's most celebrated coffee-growing regions. At elevations between 1,000 and 1,500 meters, our Catuai Arabica variety thrives in rich volcanic soil, cool mountain air, and seasonal rains that produce a cup unlike any other.
We source directly from small family farms, honoring the tradition and labor that goes into every harvest. From December through March, skilled pickers select only the ripest cherries by hand — a commitment to quality you taste in every sip.

Café Mi Estrella — My Star Cafe — is more than a coffee brand. It is a bridge between the highlands of Nicaragua and the communities we serve. Founded by Albert Moreno with a deep respect for the farmers, the land, and the craft, we believe that great coffee tells a story.
Every bag we source supports small-scale producers in Matagalpa who have cultivated their land for generations. We are committed to fair trade practices, transparent sourcing, and sharing the rich culture of Nicaraguan coffee with every guest who walks through our door.
